you would probably find it hard to make a claim against the msa if they did remove the bodywork.

1) We all have choices.
and as a parent its your responsibility to make some choices on your childs behalf.

You don't have to by law wear a crash helmet on a push bike.
as a parent its your choice. you can't sue Raleigh for not making you wear a helmet. Nor can you sue the British Bike association.

2) theres no evidence or studies to prove its safer with or without the bodywork.

Vans don't always have ABS. you can't sue IVECO for not having ABS when you crash. but we all know ABS is a safety measure. If you don't like the fact they don't have ABS you can buy a Citreon...

So I find the whole the MSA will be sued scenario one thats a bit far fetched from people who get a kick out of reading the Daily Mail :-)

I hope if you run in a team you ask to see the teams public liability policy as when i ran a team no one EVER asked about it. I had it but no one in the team cared. so i hope you ask being a responsible sort of guy hehe.
