I understand what you are saying, deadfrog, and agree , to a certain extent. The x30 grid will not all be going round at the same pace, you will always have a front, middle, and back in any racing. The difference with x30, against Rotax, is the driver will be able to get his hands on good equipment by just buying one motor, in Rotax this is just a lottery...it might be good...it might be rubbish...that is the chance you take in Rotax Max...and then there are the carbs, exhausts etc etc.
