Oil: Use R40 for running in, use 747 for normal use and racing.

R40 use at 5% (250ml per 5 litres)

747 can be used down to 2%, though most people seem to run 4 or 5%.

Carb setting 1.25 fr slow running, 1.5 for main jet.
Adjust both to suit conditions.

I last ran 79 at Whilton, 81 at Rye, 85 kg driver, Blue Top. It has been suggested that green tops can go one or two teeth lower at that weight but won't see above 15,500
