I'm not sure what point you are trying to make. I'm fully aware that lasers sit on stubs which if bent will show a misalignment.

If on a quick post bump check using lasers the tracking, camber and caster are still OK, then the chances are all is well and good to continue racing.

If the tracking is out, or camber or cater has changed then there is a problem that needs further investigation. Could be stubs, steering column, track rods, yolks, etc. It's at that point I would start to spend time checking individual items.

All this assumes the kart is not a bent up mangled wreck in the first place.
