Russell must be correct. He and I agree 100% about the clutch and I suspect that's the only thing, EVER, for us two.

However, simply don't believe us. Go to a race meeting and watch how many TKMs are winning the races IF they have a clutch.

YES, the works team or the works-supported drivers MAY be winning with clutches. TKM may change the rules to make clutched karts faster than non-clutched. But... until you are works supported or the rules change significantly, you'll notice that it is quite rare for a non-works clutched kart to win.

Don't trust Russell and me, go and see for yourself.
