Hi Buzzinrussell, from experience the best carbs for a Parilla TT27 are the 334A which is a 19mm bore & the 360 carb which is 24mm. Used to use these carbs in 100C & Formula Blue on Dap 75's & Parilla 27's
The 334A was easier to set up & on a tighter circuit worked better than a 360, but on a fast flowing circuit the 360 allowed the motor to breath better & was ultimately quicker
A 166 carb is too small for that motor & won't give you very good performance
