Once again SimonS you've missed the point. Yes Banzai has had access to the MSA and ABkC. Maybe you should be asking why he's felt the need to take this step following that access.

Also, there is clearly a perception that people can't express their views in public for fear of reprisal by the MSA. Isn't that sad?

It's an association for drivers so they can share their views and lobby the authorities where appropriate. Nothing more.
