No wrong the power will decrease as the temperature rises 55 to 60 is a normal temp running in the uk ambient but that's just life. The power starts to slip away from 35 to 40 degrees but that is an unrealistic temp to be able to maintain under normal conditions.
Above 80 does start to indicate issues. The 27 plug should be fine generally but if you are routinely seeing temps above 60 deg there could be a rad or water pump issue starting to appear. It could also be a faulty read from your dash or temp sensor, try checking the sensor against a thermometer in some heated water.
