6 mins on the high or low jet is way to much depending on how good your carb was set on the dyno you would need only go 1-2 minutes at best on the high jet i have never touched the bottom jet once it is set leave it alone and just adjust the high jet by tiny amounts at a time. if your engine bulider set the carb it should be fine and use his settings as your base mark. 128 deg is nothing to worrry about and you would not require any carb adjustment you will only see a drop off in performance after 145 + deg at the last S1 we came in at 136 deg + and didnt touch the carb all day and our power was perfect
