I see the msa, S1 entries are on the low side, except for Iame cadet.........what are peoples views on why this is?

We have competed in S1 since it very first started, and can remember its glory days when you had to pre- qualify to get in the S1.

Is it just the cost? Or are there others reasons, I'd be interested to hear competitors views on this

Rotax lists not out yet, but I hear rumours that they are also low.
