Starting the TKM TAG is not a problem if you have primed the carb. correctly. The 'new' simplified wiring has 2 more robust press to start and press to stop switched. The over rev. regulator is built in to the coil so the only other item on the wiring harness is a solid state relay to operate the starter motor.

This means you can do away with the 'box' on the left hand chassis rails and mount the li-po battery and starter relay on the back and side of the seat. Still rather a lot of wiring harness but this could be reduced if you have the connectors and a modicum of skill.

You need to run at least 1 or 2 teeth less with a TAG than with DD.
