I'm looking at getting a gearbox kart to scratch a long standing itch so to speak, I'll just use it as a play thing so I'm not concerned about circuits not catering for the class. I dont know a lot about them at all so any advice or guidance on what to look for would be greatly appreciated (I currently have a rotax). I'm going to contact pavesi tomorrow regarding the engine as I have the serial number but I'm not sure what model it is, the CIK homologation code is 05/M/09, can anyone shed any light on what this means/how old it is?

Again, any advice and help is very appreciated, thanks in advance.
