Hi all just got my son a new iame cadet engine from zip north via force motorsport, but did not get any paperwork with engine. I have a couple of basic questions please, mixture ive read is 3percent so ambi right in thinking this is about 150ml to 5litre a lot less then comer. Ive been breaking engine in gently with kart on stand and have noticed oil leaking from joint between exhaust and exhaust flange/restrictor, which is making a right mess all over the nice new engine, exhaust is pushed up hard against backplate if flange but there is still side to side and up and down play the exhaust seems to big for flange can I use sealant or is this a big no no. Im hopefully taking my boy to forest edge for the first time to practice for his arks test so any basic carb settings would be very helpful seems very smoky at moment. Many thanks all.
