Just had a minimax engine stripped in front of me by an authorized Rotax/JAG agent. I'm a newbie, not yet turned a wheel (see my previous posts!) and was concerned when I saw the play I had in same bearings, particularly "end-float" after removing engine from kart. However, in my engine they were considered OK and did not merit replacement so perhaps that is of help? Should be getting my engine back, maybe tomorrow, if anyones interested in my previous posts.
