I bet your 'constantly' on the carb, rather than getting it at the morning or afternoons best, today is not yesterday! Hooton was 6ths slower today than it was yesterday then at 1ish it got quicker then at 3 the wind got up and it got slower. There's nothing up with the carb or motor it's you! The magic wand your looking for dosent exist.

Work the kart not the carb.
