Kezz it seems to me that maybe you are doing a few things wrong and seem to be struggling with the IAME which when set up right is a great engine, I am not trying to be patronising just trying to help. I know people on here can seem to be a bit harsh sometimes, but really they are trying to help you, if you do not take peoples advice things will never get better for you and more importantly for your son. To show you we are not all harsh people I will make you a once only offer, I have my own dyno with which I am finding great success in setting up my own son’s engines and carbs. Bring your engine and carb to me I will go through them with a fine tooth comb and I assure you that you will leave my place with more power than you came with and an engine and carb that will run all day with no problems (as long as you don’t change anything I do) all this will be at no cost whatsoever to yourself as you have caught me in a good mood and I feel like helping you out. I also have a state of the art surface table for checking and straightening chassis so bring that with you and I will do that at the same time to make sure you don’t have any problems there.
