Penniless father I am not trying to be obnoxious so please excuse me if comes across like that but again why do you want to remove carbon build up? The squish being close to the legal limit is perfect and where it needs to be. Speak to your engine builder and he will tell you how to control this and keep the squish where it needs to be.

Don’t be fooled into thinking there is no difference between individual carbs and it is just the settings there are now 3 different batch numbers of carbs and all of them are different. People who can remember the S60 days of comer will tell you there where massive differences between the Tiloston carbs and that’s why they changed to the Tryton as carbs were swapping hands for Ł1000 I think I am right in saying

They cannot use a metal starter pulley as this could affect the ignition timing but I cannot see why they could use an aluminium one like the Comer
