Just to check understanding, a number of comments have suggested that the rule change aligns with Europe, but I'm not cerain that this is the case e.g. as I understand it in Euromax you can race in Juniors until the end of the year of your 15th Birthday. In our case this means we can race in Juniors in the UK all next year, but in Euromax would have to move to seniors
