Hi thanks mick- yeah i have measured it with a bore gauge, but im thinking take it for a hone/piston selection at the same time rather than hone then select piston? I think thats what you mean.

Yeah that kinda of is whats attracting me to these motors strangely-its a bit more interesting than piston port bt82. You sound experianced so please dont laugh but im aiming for 4hours use so do you any advice on a rev limit for that time? Bit rich running of course.
