Understood.

To avoid breaching the rules on Rotax exhausts, couldn't you mount the sacrificial plate on something else between the disk and the exhaust? Rotax exhaust rules (like TKM ones) are pretty strict. If it wasn't mounted to the exhaust, you will avoid the hassle.
