My advice is to have a few test days and get familiar with changing the jets and see what happens when you go one up and one down. Keep good notes and over time you'll know wether you need to change something.

You'll need a weather station to record changes in temp and pressure, also a Mychron/Alfano for lap times and revs, just keep everything simple and you can't go far wrong.

Once you have a basic understanding of what to do and when, you may want to invest in some sort of jetting software as a guide.
