I had a sprocked holding spanner from talko thatdid itbut my mate made one from some did chain a bit like what you use to remove an oil filter. Then just tighten the nut to the torque settings. They are all on the TAL-KO wbsite. Here are the things you need. The last page of the second link has all the tools and prices. Hope this helps.
