You just need tools to pull the clutch off, Is it a horstman clutch. If it is there is a spanner that locks the clutch from behind then remove the nut that holds the drum on, then its just a case of using a puller to remove the clutch and putting your direct drive sprocket on.

Talko sell all the necessary tools and I am only familiar with the horstman clutch so can only advise on that.
