i would use the T11VG and the seat should measure 13.5cm from the nearest point of the spine of the seat to the nearest part of the axle also make sure the seat is completely flat. (use a board under the chassis and put a weight in the seat to stop it from rocking) i also recommend running the bottom of the seat flat with the chassis but u can go slightly below depending on the track. (this information was directly from the main crg guys in england, hope this helps)
