Need some advice on the way forward. We are looking to change my sons Minimax to Junior spec. We are on a limited budget and at the moment just drive on practice days. We have a sealed 2003 engine on old spec clutch and need some advice on whether to get this engine rebuilt (which it needs) and change to a 2009 barrel and new clutch, or buyer a newer used engine or just bite the built and buy a new engine and fit our carb/exhaust/ignition. There does not seem to be a large jump in price once a clutch etc has been factored in between getting our engine rebuilt and buying a new one...Any advice?
