Please can anybody advise if quick release nose clips are still legal specifically in the Cadet class.

My lad has a Zip Storm which has been changed over to the Lightning nose cone however it uses quick release clips and centre alloy clamp.

He is hoping to race for the first time this weekend but I just noticed that the Regs talk about welded vertical bars on the Chrome rails!

As I don't want to fail scrut on something I cant change is anybody who has already raced this year able to confirm if this arrangement is still acceptable.
