Times in the winter normally increase because of temperature, moisture and amount of use.
As theres not alot of alterations on an Easykart, tyre pressures increase which you have done, reduce wheel track, add some toe out 2-3mm, move the seat up or raise the driver as you can't raise the chassis, use a hotter rating spark plug from normal use, longer flex length as you cannot alter gearing. Try any slackenings to see if theres any improvements. Try one change at a time to see if things improve also www.easykart.co.uk provide a get started download with kart set-up advice. Carb jetting will be different as cold air is denser.
