I did mine by unbolting the master cylinder and raising it above the caliper and let gravity do the rest. Because of there design you cant use a conventional brake bleeding tool. Obviously you take the cap off and fill it with fluid.

Thats how i done mine and they work fine. Not sure there is a different method with this system. Hope this helps.
