what you want is option D keep your eyes open for a cheap decent 2nd hand motor & add a cnc barel it will be just as good as a new engine.

you can buy these motors with the cnc barel on ebay for about Ł350/Ł400 then maybe all you would need is a re build in the near future.

an engine builder cannot TUNE your engine but he will put it as close to the legal limits as he can within the engine rules.
