Yes there is! It can't happen unless the start marshal makes an error on the number board.
1st showing is the warning further reports are black flag. so if someone has received 2 Black/White in 1 race the driver should be removed from the results providing the 2 showings were not subsequent for the same offence (i.e. shown on 2 consecutive laps)
