we had three, over a period,(novice-learning years-would have done it differently with hindsight) yes good in wet/cold conditions, not so good at any other time, they may have changed but given that Chris Cat has moved on !!! they probably haven't.
we tried others, and settled with a Tony, been on them ever since !( not cheep, but they work well ).
