I was, initially, going to ask if you were talking about a BT82, but it is now clear that you are.
The difference between 100cc and Extreme is 3bhp. The only other significant gain you will get is from reducing the head volume (to 9.8cc if you Extreme it, 8.5cc if you don't).
I don't see changing the carb gaining much, but ditching the foam filter will gain a bit.
The BT82 is time/area deficient on the transfer port side, so lifting the barrel a bit, together with machining a smidgeon off the piston skirt, may help somewhat.
But overall, I'd say sell it and buy a good old 100cc rotary valve motor........
