Matthew, I agree with your comments and those of Mark. I don't see any evidence of people switching stub axles to gain positive camber in the wet, for example, so the cost argument is very thin. Does the talko chassis already (or planned for 2013?) have provision for camber / caster?
Why upset a class which is seeing a resurgence? An introduction of camber / caster adjustment will not make the racing any better. If I have to buy a new chassis then we might as well move to Rotax.
At least when camber and caster adjustment was introduced into cadets simply. cost a few pounds for some eccentric top-hats
