You need to get the temperature to about 55 C
The mini's are restricted but still use full size rads-you could be running too rice- try an ngk 8 plug or denso 24 in cool conditions.
If you are using the XPS oil try something with a lower viscosity - but becareful not to invalidate the warranty by using pure castor oil as its not recommended by Rotax
