V Clutch is standard on the clutched engines now. I think I prefer it the Horstman, if only because it doesn't rattle, and the spares are cheaper.

If you keep them clean and dry of oil/grease, seem to last ages. The only problem I've had with the V clutch is springs going a bit soft after 15 - 20 hours, and consequently shoes dragging on the drum. Not often you'll hear anyone say TKM got something right around here, but V Clutch = good!
