From memory the blade should be 7.0mm but you can look up the official thickness. Some of the new ones have been known to be 7.1mm in places (high spots) and at this point when the engine warms up the blade may catch the interior surfaces of the slot - you can usually see the telltale rub/scratch marks on the blade.
However, neither does the blade thickness want to be too small.
