Thanks for the ideas.

The PV was springy after being left without the cover and spring on it.

Ive got to check the baffle but this should be alright as its virtually new.

How thick should the blade be?

How many hrs before the bottom end frees up?

Im going to put it all back together, go testing, try going leaner, play about with the PV adjuster, ensure a good exhaust seal and hopefully that will sort it out.

If there is still a prob I will send it off to an engine builder.

Do you have to oil the air filter after washing them?
