By the way when I say PV being wrong way round it should be assembled so that chamfer is facing down and profiles around the exhaust out let! Also the clip position of the neddle is better to around the top 2 positions (lower and therefore leaner) .Set idle with engine running....should allow engine to only just tick over ie engine shouldn't be revving its nuts off without you applying throttle!! Air screw around 2/2.5 turns out!
