yes.

The thing that adjusts the angle of your exhaust flange (the "pipe were the fumes exit") is the engine mounts.

If you want to change the angle of the exhaust flange, consider changing the mounts that your engine is connected to. I recently changed mine from a non-OTK mount to an OTK mount and it made the exhaust fit a lot better.

Though of course the mount you choose depends on your chassis.
