Whilton Mill have a test day every Wednesday and that can be fairly quiet. Also worth calling PFi as that may depend on any corporate bookings.
Clay Pigeon are open for cadets aged 7 1/2 and over on Mondays to Thursdays and you can often practice in the week at Llandow but need to call them to see if they have corporate bookings. You can often get loads of track time at Clay and Llandow.
