Steve you say "I think a lot of people will be interested in everyone's findings on this and without any side debate on what you then do with the information."

Don't get to carried away with this issue as you must remember that the test of the function of a jet is not the measurement of the hole in it (this is an indicator), but rather its flow characteristics.

It is my understanding that Dellorto when manufacturing jets, flow test samples from each batch of manufactured jets.
