I`ve managed to get the master cylinder in bits aswell, i used a blunt punch in the outlet hole and the piston popped out, its strange tho as there isnt any grit in there and the seal`s are really tight, so not sure what the problem was, but there was only air coming out of the outlet when i put fluid in there and pressed the plunger, but may try and source a replacement kit, instead of just chucking it back together, any ideas of what would cause it just to pass air out of the outlet with no fluid?? as i imagine every time i press the plunger fluid should be squirting out?? is this correct??
