Sometimes you can fload the engine and the crankcases fill up with fuel. How many laps have you pushed trying to start it?

If you have done lots, take the engine off, remove carb, lay engine it on its side, and let the fuel run out the exhaust and carb port. Turn engine over from time to time and leave on side over night. From this point the excess fuel will evaperate.
