148 and 152 is same class. they are just listing min weight on website so take your pick.
Gearing and setup really just sort out on saturday practice. Kim is a fairly fast track but there are one or two corners you really dont want engine bogging down on so you want gearing to give you best straight line speed without compromising corner exit too much.
Gearing will change anyway as J gets used to track and his exit speed from corners comes up.
I've not seen any secure kart storage, people tend to just leave kart in awning over night.
Guess I'll just have to come and get my hands dirty for the weekend. :)
