Just an update, I have stripped the master cylinder, cleaned and put back as advised, re-bled the system with new silicone fluid and cleaned the caliper. Everything works fine until I stick in the brake pad of the problem piston, remove the pad, pistons moves back and forth, put back in, piston sticks. I drilled the hole on the pad so it's slightly larger to allow a better movement on the bolt which holds them in, still sticks, remove the pad, all fine????? They are new pads. Do you think that grinding the edge of the pad slightly will help to reduce any possible friction??I'm running out of ideas!
