Assuming this is onto a Rotax engine. Working away from the engine it should be large washer, 'o'ring (if your clutch drum has the machined recess)drum with internal nylon bush, small outer washer(specific for 11t) and finally the nut. They do not run as freely as a 12,13 or 14t as the nylon bush is not as efficient as the normal bearing. Doesn't matter though as redundant when clutch engages.
