The fashion has become for everyone to run 50mm axle chassis rather predictably. Up until last year there were still people in S1 who were very competitive with TKM specific 30mm axle chassis.

We would say that the 50mm chassis is slightly more stable than the narrow earlier type, but the driver is over 6'.

Tony Kart make a TKM specific "Viper" 50mm axle chassis for the UK market based upon the CIK model, and it does very well.

As long as you have a decent motor and driver in TKM you are 99% of the way there.
