Tryton carb - turning high jet needle - no effect

I was trying to set the carb and wound the high jet out but it did not have any effect on the engine revs = when the throttle was fully down it would rev up to and over 12500 not matter how far out the needle was turned - anyone know what is going on with it

Thanks -Problem sorted cleaned it - now works fine by '1509' (29 Jun 2011 @ 20:35)
