It depends where and who you bought it from. If by the sounds of it you bought it of ebay then you will struggle to get your money back. Unfortunetaly with regards to ebay it is always buyer beware.. By the description you have given you will struggle in any claim because it will fit and run your rotax engine.. the fact that is not legal to use in msa racing is not mentioned or claimed in te title. However if anywhere in the advert ot claimed it was legal for uk msa rotax racing then you have a case.. Try getting a refund from paypal.. worst they can say is no.

If however you bought it from a legitamate business and they sold it as a Rotax max race legal carb then take it back and request a refund. They will do it otherwise name and shame them. That is far more damaging than the ŁŁŁ they will refund you..
