You sound on the rich side! We use a k98 needle and were running a 158 p2 at weekend! I'd suggest starting around 162 and go leaner until it pops then go back up one! You may have other problems other than jetting if it's not even running! Rotax engines have Alot of things to go wrong so it maybe cost effective to pay an expert to spend the day with you and show you the basics!
